You can order products quickly and easily online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When the order has been placed, we try to process and send it as quickly as possible. You place an order by going through the following steps:
Step 1: Choose your product Select the desired article and click on “add to cart” to place the article in the shopping cart. You can immediately order the selected item or continue shopping.
Step 2: Shopping cart overview In the shopping cart you will see an overview of all selected products that have been placed in it. You can still make changes to this overview. When the order is correct you can go to the next page to complete the order.
Step 3: Personal data In this next step you can log in if you are already a customer. You do this by entering your email address and password.

On the next page you can indicate how you want the package delivered. More information about the delivery can be found under the heading “delivery”. The next step is to choose the correct payment method. The following choices are possible:
Padelstore works together with DHL for the delivery of your order. Together we strive to deliver the order as quickly as possible.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
€ 2.95 for orders that fit through the letterbox €6.25 for orders under €50 Free for orders from €50
The Netherlands is usually delivered the next working day. Delivery to Belgium is around 1 to 3 working days. Occasionally it may take longer due to the high demand for parcel services DHL and Bpost in Belgium.
In the unlikely event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will try to offer the package to the neighbors. If the neighbors have received the package, the delivery person will put a card in your letterbox with the house number where the package was delivered.
If the neighbors are not at home either, you will receive a card in the letterbox with a code on it. With this code you can indicate the same day via the DHL delivery website where and when you want to receive the package. You can then choose from different days and time slots (both during the day and in the evening). PostNL will make a maximum of 4 attempts to deliver your package in the Netherlands and Belgium. Are you unable to deliver the package? Then the order will be returned to us.
Tip! Are you not often at home? Have your order delivered at work, with family or acquaintances!
We want you to be satisfied with our items. If the item is not quite as expected, it can be returned. This is possible without reason within 14 days of purchase. Returning the shipment is at your own expense, you will receive the full amount paid for your order.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Articles are complete
In the event that you return an order that does not meet the above conditions, the order will be returned to you.
Returns must be sent with sufficient postage and at your own expense. Parcels that are not stamped or insufficiently stamped will be refused. We would appreciate it if you enclose a completed return form.
If you have received a different item than the one you ordered, you can contact us by phone via the number or via our contact form. We will send you the correct item as soon as possible.
Damaged or defective item
It may occasionally happen that the item you ordered is damaged during transport, or that you have received a defective item. If this is the case, you can contact us by phone on +316-52308970 or via our contact form. We will then provide a new replacement item as soon as possible.
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing info@Padelstore.eu . If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
